Swindon Town have wrapped up their Transfer Deadline Day business after securing the services of Jesse Starkey on a permanent deal, subject to EFL approval.
The talented youngster has joined the Reds for an undisclosed fee from Brighton & Hove Albion, putting pen to paper on an 18-month contract.
Starkey, who is a midfielder, began his career with Chelsea but joined Brighton’s Development Squad in 2013 and impressed for the Seagulls.
The 21-year-old has also represented England at U18 level and is known for his ability from set-pieces.
Starkey will now resume his career with Town and will join up with his new-teams for the first time on Thursday morning.
