Town Head Coach Luke Williams was over the moon to be able to welcome Ben Gladwin back to SN1 and believes the midfielder will be a big asset in the second-half of the season.
“I’m very excited to have Ben back and he’s a player that can give us something different that we haven’t got at the moment,” he told swindontownfc.co.uk.
“He’s a match-winner and it will be a big boost for the players to see him in the changing room.
“He’s grown as a player since he left and went to QPR and experienced the Championship and working with top players so we’re very lucky and we’re very pleased to see him back here.
“Our clean sheet record is fairly impressive so if we can score more goals then we’ve got a great chance to win a lot of games in the second-half of the season and Ben can help us to do that by assisting and scoring himself.
“He’s desperate to play and he knows a lot of people at the club and he feels comfortable here – hopefully that will help bring the best out of him.”
