David M. Coe Financial Planning Ltd extend partnership

19 April 2016

SWINDON Town are delighted to announce that David M. Coe Financial Planning Limited have extended their key partnership with the club for another three years.

A long-term supporter of the club, David has been a partner for a number of years and has his own hospitality suite in the Arkell’s Stand as part of his sponsorship package.

Speaking to www.swindontownfc.co.uk, David declared that he felt privileged to be actively involved with the football club. “Mandie and I have lived all our lives in Swindon and we have both been avid Swindon Town fans for the last 40 years or more,” he said. “The club are working hard to promote the football club as a family club which is aligned to our business which is a family business and myself, Mandie, my daughters Natalie & Joanne, son in laws and now grandchildren are all supporters. I believe in supporting the Town and the people of Swindon either through my membership and Presidency of the Rotary Club of Swindon Phoenix with Swindon events such as the Santa Run at Lydiard, the Dragon Boat Race at Coate Water, the Swindon Epilepsy self-help group and many others.

“It is a privilege to be actively involved with Swindon and in particular the football club. I have been involved with the club in one way or another for many years, even as a steward in my teenage years and well remember standing behind the goal in the Town End when Kenny Stroud scored the goal of the season against Everton in 1977. I know the club are working hard both on the pitch and behind the scenes and I wish the Town and all the fans well for a strong finish to the year and look forward to maintaining my family’s relationship with this club for many years to come.”

Steve Anderson, Swindon Town’s General Manager, added: “It is a pleasure to have secured David and Mandie’s fantastic support for another three years. We already have a very strong relationship and are relishing the opportunity to work together again. Here at the football club we believe in long-standing, sustainable partnerships with both local businesses and multi-national corporations. I echo David and Mandie’s thoughts regarding our club ethos of being family friendly and we look forward to continuing on our journey together with genuine optimism.”
