The defender came up through the ranks with Lewes before stepping up to the Football League with Brighton, but it looking forward to his big chance in League One.

“Lewes was great for me. It did me the world of good and I got good experience under my belt,” he continued.

“I have really enjoyed my time at Spurs so far but I want to come here and try and impress the gaffer.

“I am not expecting to just walk into the side, but it’s my first loan spell and if I can get some league football under my belt then that will be fantastic.”
