After the disappointment of going down 2-0 at Oldham Athletic on Tuesday night, the midfielder called on his teammates to focus on the task in hand against the Bantams.
“We were disappointed with the result (at Oldham),” he said. “It’s important we get our head down and focus on the next game.
“I think we played good football on a bad pitch and this time of the season Bradford are not known for having the best pitch so we need to take confidence in the way we performed and just go to a big club and enjoy the challenge. We’re a young hungry bunch of lads so we’ll look to go and put on a performance at a brilliant stadium.”
He added: “I’ve never actually played there through injury or whatever so on a personal level I’m really excited to go and play and I think everyone else should be. It wasn’t so long ago they (Bradford) were playing in the Premier League and it is games like this that you need to relish, take the opportunity and play well.”
