Swindon Town

KEVIN Stewart has been recalled from his loan at Swindon Town by parent club, Liverpool.

The defender, who is also comfortable operating in midfield, moved to Wiltshire on a season-long loan in the summer and made seven appearances for the Town before sustaining an injury in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy win at Newport County.

After making his comeback from injury in a development game at Bristol Rovers in December, Stewart will now be returning to Anfield.
