Swindon Town

THE STFC Supporters Club Race Night held last week was a great success. More than 180 people attended the evening along with Mark Cooper, Youth Team Manager Scott Lindsey and Academy Manager Jeremy Newton as well as a large number of players. The evening was compered by Swindon Town Legend, Phil King.

The evening raised £2,408.49 and the Supporters Club would like to thank all those who attended for their support including:

"Thanks also go to our Race Sponsors who were MAINLINE EMPLOYMENT, BARNES COACHES, SCOTT LINDSEY, THE FRYING FISH SHOP and DON ROGERS SPORTS.

We also thank those who generously donated Raffle Prizes. They were IMAGINE CRUISING  who gave a four day mini cruise, this amazing prize created a lot of interest in our raffle and was won by Kevin Hall from Swindon.

Other superb prizes were a Spa Day donated by BOWOOD HOUSE and HOTEL, 1 month's gold membership donated by THE VILLAGE, HEALTH & FITNESS, 4 Ball Golf donated by SOUTH CERNEY GOLF CLUB, 4 Ball Golf at Bowood donated by MERCEDES BENZ, SWINDON, Swindon Robins Speedway family ticket donated by ALUN ROSSITER, Alun also donated a Speedway Scarf and Gilet. The WYVERN THEATRE gave 2 X 2 Theatre Tickets, SWINDON TOWN gave 2 tickets to the Fleetwood home match and a signed football, SPARKLES gave a £20 voucher at her nail bar, ARKELLS BREWERY contributed a case of beer and finally a bottle of whisky.
