TOWN have completed the signing of Jeremy Balmy on a one-year deal with a further year's option.
The midfielder spent two seasons with Notts County after a youth career with Le Havre in his native France and has most recently been on the books at Oxford United.
Jeremy will wear the number 19 shirt during his time at SN1.
