On goals conceded...
It's disappointing to concede from a set-piece. We know Blackpool are strong from set-pieces but however aware you are of those strengths, sometimes it's too difficult to stop. They cause you a problem in the box, they make it difficult for you to track your marker - it's disappointing but it happens. I haven't seen the penalty back but I'm sure the referee's made the right decision. That's disappointing but there far more positives than negatives from that performance.
On team resilience...
I think we’ve seen with this group now that they’re up for the fight. They believe in themselves and each other. They're not dwelling on things, they're looking how they're going to get back in front and take the game to the opposition. If you’re involved in any organisation and you strongly believe in the cause it helps you do your job with more determination and I hope that’s what we’re seeing from the boys. Long may that continue.
On Nicky Ajose's goalscoring knack...
That is an art. It sounds ridiculous because it's impossible to be coincidence he's got that striker's instinct. He's in the right place at the right time because he's thought it through, he's very sharp and very aware. He's a rare breed of player that gets calm in the box and it’s a very valuable gift for a striker to be able to assess things and be aware of things in a crucial area.
On changes in personnel...
It was quite late (the decision to start Jamie Sendles-White) but Jamie has been working in the same way with the three other boys (at the back) have been working, he’s been given the same problems in training and we’ve been looking at how he answered those problems. He showed he was ready today. The calf started cramping up late in the game but that’s quite natural. Rapha (Branco) and Anton (Rodgers) will be back in training very soon. Possibly James Brophy will take a bit longer. It's a bit of a hamstring issue.
