While we were disappointed not to have got the win last weekend against Brentford, I think we're making gradual improvements and it won't be long before we're at our best.
We conceded a silly goal again early on, and if I'm honest at no point did I think Rosey was going to head it until he actually did head it - I thought he was going to pass it back to me and I'd shovel it away.
But it was just a bad decision from him, and I'm sure if he got in the same position again he would just knock it back properly 99 times out of 100.
It was nice to come back from behind again and we've shown a lot of character as we did at Hartlepool the other week.

Saying that, it would be nice to go a goal or two up for a change, so hopefully we can do that Saturday!
The mistakes we've been making are just stupid, silly little things that can be put right, but it is frustrating when we're giving teams head starts in games because on Saturday I was just watching us for the first ten minutes thinking the signs were good, and then we gift them a goal and are heaping the pressure on ourselves.
On the positive side, it was great to see Sean Morrison play so well on Saturday. He's a big, hefty guy and he should be stepping up now.
We all expect him to do that now because he's played a decent amount of games even though he's only young, so hopefully he can do well for us in the coming weeks.
Prutts got off the mark as well which is good for him, and I expect him to score a few this season as that's a big part of his game.

As an aside, he wore cowboy boots into training yesterday for some strange reason, and he had some sort of Indian robe around his neck on Tuesday, so I don't know what's going on with him.
Some sort of mid-life crisis perhaps?
He's got his own place now as well so Dougie's off the hook as Prutts will be bouncing off the walls on his own now.
We're off to MK Dons on Saturday morning, and looking to get our first win under our belts. Last year we were two down pretty early on at their place, and again gave ourselves an uphill battle but were unlucky to not get anything out of the game in the end.

It's a nice stadium to go and play at; it's below ground level a bit so the tricky elements of weather are taken out of the equation, and it's a decent atmosphere as well.
To be honest it will be nice to just get away and try and put somebody under the cosh at their home ground.
In terms of their team, from what I remember they've got a couple of quick guys up front, and big Aaron Wilbraham as well, who's been a spearhead up there for a few years now.
But they're a decent footballing side too, so it should be a good game, and hopefully one we can take the points from.
See you at stadium:mk!
