Swindon Town striker Barry Corr was at Brinkworth Earl Danby's C of E Primary School on Thursday morning to assist with a coaching session in association with Malmesbury School.

The coaching session was laid on by coach Luke Sharps, of Swindon Town Football in the Community, as part of Fairtrade Football fortnight.

Malmesbury School recently launched the Fairtrade Football Project and after a fundraising event, the school have been able to purchase fourteen netballs and fourteen footballs.

The Fairtrade footballs were in use on Thursday morning as around twenty children were shown a variety of new skills, with Barry Corr on hand to assist with the coaching and answer a number of questions in a post-session Q&A.

Each child was then handed a copy of STFC Magazine to take away with them at the end of the session.

All balls in the scheme are Fairtrade certified; guaranteeing ethical trading from production in Pakistan to sale in the U.K.
