After hitting the matchwinner against Millwall, winger Anthony McNamee believes Swindon Town have what it takes to make an impression in League One next term.

McNamee hit his second goal in as many games to secure all three points for The Robins in front of almost 8,000 at The County Ground.

"I was happy to see the ball hit the back of the net and it was a great feeling," said Macca.

"That's two in two now! In all seriousness I wanted to score more goals so it's nice to have been able to score a few more.

"I usually create more than I score, but it's something I need to work on and get more goals into my game."

The winger also expanded his views on a promising end to the 2007/08 campaign, with McNamee now heading off for a well-earned summer break.

"We have got ten points from a possible twelve and it has been a really encouraging finish to the season.

"I really feel like things are starting to click now. Hopefully pre-season will go well and we can continue from where we left off.

"The summer will give me a chance to have a bit of a break and I'm looking forward to it."
