Town boss Danny Wilson offered his views to the media after watching his side draw 1-1 with Brentford at The County Ground on Saturday.
The manager was disappointed to again see his side fall victim to an individual error, with Michael Rose's weak back header allowing Charlie McDonald in to put the Bees ahead after Town had made a good start to the game.
He said: "It's there for everyone to see, the decision making has been poor and that's cost us seven goals already this year by my count.
"In lots of other games it might not happen, but we're getting punished for every mistake we make at the moment.
"When you give the opposition the chance to sit behind the ball then you set yourself up for a fall.
"But it's just a one off thing, and we won't keep rattling people's ear holes about it."

The manager was keen take the positives from the afternoon, including the man of the match performance from Sean Morrison.
"The performance at times was very good, and I've hardly been disappointed with our performances this season," he said.
"Sean was very, very solid. With the way that Brentford play we knew it would be a battle for him and he coped with it well.
"He won every ball, looked solid and strong, and did everything we asked of him.
"We know what type of player he can be and hopefully we might start to see that now."
Despite some impressive build up play throughout the game, Town looked edgy in front of goal - something Wilson is confident will disappear once his side have claimed their first win of the campaign.

He said: "The pressure and the opportunities we had were better than Brentford's.
"But when it's not going for you, you get nervous in front of goal, there's an extra touch being taken here and there that shouldn't really be.
"But we've got to make sure we keep believing, and these sorts of things will soon go once we get a win or two."
Vincent Pericard almost scored a glorious winner late on, but shot narrowly wide after a powerful run, and despite David Prutton being well placed, Wilson was pleased to have seen the striker's selfish streak.
He said: "There was nothing wrong with him shooting there.
"If that flies in the top corner he's a hero. He needs to be more selfish like that, and when he gets in those positions he should be shooting.
"I hope he has another shot like that last week, and long may it continue."
