Swindon Town manager Danny Wilson has called upon his players to inject 'enthusiasm and passion' into their play after a defeat at MK Dons on Saturday.
The Robins were undone by a double from in-form striker Sam Baldock denied Swindon a share of the spoils after Scott Cuthbert had given Town a first half lead.
Speaking to the media post-match, Wilson outlined his views on the encounter which saw defensive errors once again feature in Town's play.
"The goals we conceded were very poor. The mistakes cost us the game and the concentration just isn't there. We defend well for one minute and then are all over the place again," said Wilson.
"It's a mental thing, between the ears, because we have a problem which at this moment in time is costing us.
"Baldock got the two headers but we should have been aware enough to cut those goals out."
Scott Cuthbert's first goal of the campaign was enough to hand Swindon a lead just before the half-time whistle, with the manager pleased with what was a well-worked effort.
"We were pleased with the goal we scored because it came straight from the training ground and we executed it well.

"I don't think either team could say they played particularly well, but we got our noses in front and we should have been able to go on and take the win.
"I thought there were some good performances out there - especially Jonny Douglas - but there were too many who didn't perform. The full-back areas were a problem for us."
Wilson has pledged to make changes for Tuesday night's Johnstone's Paint Trophy first round clash at Southampton, with David Prutton set to miss out with a one-game suspension.
"We will have to make changes because this can't carry on. We can make quick changes because we have to have the confidence to keep clean sheets. Those changes will come at Southampton on Tuesday where we may try a few things.
"The Johnstone's Paint Trophy is an important one for us and we will play a side who have quality throughout in Southampton.
"The game has to inspire the players and they have to have the enthusiasm and belief to go there and get a result. A good display there would be a massive boost."
