Swindon Town will be without midfielder J-P McGovern for Tuesday night's clash at Oldham Athletic.

Manager Maurice Malpas revealed the news at the press call held at The County Ground on Monday lunchtime with McGovern joining Barry Corr and Michael Pook on the treatment table ahead of Tuesday night's League One encounter.

"J-P has a groin problem so he will be ruled out. Hopefully it's not going to be too serious though," said the Boss.

"He has given us a lot of versatility because he has been moved about a fair bit.

"However, injuries happen in football and we will have to deal with it so someone else will have to take their chance at Boundary Park," he finished.
