Swansea City boss Roberto Martinez has hailed Swindon keeper Peter Brezovan as giving the best individual performance against his promotion-winners during last season.

In an interview that appeared in the League One Play-Off final programme on Sunday, Martinez offered his views on the 2007/08 campaign and was asked which player had given the best performance against his Swansea side.

"The most impressive display against us came from the Swindon Town keeper, Peter Brezovan in the 1-1 draw on New Year's Day.

"We had a lot of the game and he made some outstanding saves to deny us victory in that match," said Martinez.

Brezovan, currently enjoying a break in Slovakia, has now made 52 appearances in a Swindon shirt.
