BOSS AWARE OF ASHIKODI THREAT
Having brought Moses Ashikodi to The County Ground for a loan spell during the 2007/08 campaign, the boss is well aware of the threat posed by the front man, who is now with Hereford United.
Ashikodi made ten appearances, including four starts, for Town in League One last term and joined Hereford on loan until January in the summer.
With one goal in four outings for The Bulls, Maurice Malpas is hopeful the Town defence can keep the Nigerian born front man quiet.
"He did OK for us when he was here. I bumped into him in the summer and I am glad he is back playing in League One, where I am sure he will gain valuable experience.
"Hereford have won once at home this season so I am sure they will be looking to get what they can from Friday night's game.
"Graham Turner will be telling his side all about Swindon's away record of recent times, but we have to go out there and make sure we are the ones coming away with the points."
