Swindon Town can confirm that striker Blair Sturrock has joined Blue Square Premier outfit Torquay United for the remainder of the campaign.
The 28-year old front man was named on the bench for Town in midweek at Northampton Town although chances have been limited this term.
The loan spell will see Sturrock remain with The Gulls for the rest of the season, and if required, will also include the dates of the BSP play-offs.
Colin Lee, Torquay United Chief Executive, expressed his thanks to those at Swindon Town after sealing the move.
"I would like to thank Swindon Town and Danny Wilson for their support in allowing Blair Sturrock to join us.
"They have understood the financial budgets that we work under at Plainmoor and have been extremely helpful from that point of view regarding our wage structure."
