Swindon Town have announced their second signing inside four days with the capture of Celtic defender Scott Cuthbert.
The 22-year old came up through the ranks at Celtic Park and Captained the club's Under 19 and Reserve teams.
Cuthbert came through the ranks at Celtic and captained the Under-19's and Reserve teams. He made his debut for the first team in a pre-season friendly with Manchester City in August 2008.
The defender joined St. Mirren on a season-long loan deal last term and made 28 league starts for the club before returning to Celtic.
He also had a one month loan spell at First Division club Livingston, joining in December 2006 and made four appearances, scoring once.
And Cuthbert also has experience of International football having been Captain of the Scotland Under 19 side that reached the final of the UEFA Under 19 Championships in 2006 and he represented the Scotland Under 20 team that played at the 2007 World Cup in Canada. As recently as May 2009 he played for the Scotland 'B' side.
