Swindon Town boss Danny Wilson has confirmed that winger Lloyd Macklin is likely to be ruled out for around four to six weeks.
The youth team graduate has sustained a left leg fracture and the new was confirmed on Monday morning.
Macklin has made nine appearances for The Robins this term after being handed a first team opportunity at the end of last season.
Town boss Danny Wilson offered his views on the news, speaking to the media on Monday lunchtime.
"It's unfortunate for Lloyd. We are not sure whether it was sustained in training or at Brentford, but it's a blow for the him and for the club.
"It's disappointing because he was starting to contribute to the squad but we will get him through it as quickly as possible."
