Alex Henshall has been nominated for the BBC West Young Sports Personality of the Year award.

The 15-year-old Town starlet has impressed both in the FA Youth Cup for Town Under 18's and in The Victory Shield for England schoolboys this season.

He is up against golfer Hannah Turland, showjumper Jessica Mendoza and racing driver Robbie Gallier.

The award will be presented at a ceremony taking place this Sunday 6th December at the University of Bath.
