Jonathan Douglas has only trained twice this week as he continues to struggle with the injury picked up in the FA Cup tie at Wrexham last weekend.
Ex-Town midfielder Curtis Weston continued his prolific run of form this week with a goal for Gillingham in their 3-1 away defeat to Leyton Orient. Weston was one of only nine players who made it to Brisbane Road in time for kick-off, as the rest of the squad were held up on the London Underground having been told to make their own way to the ground.
The Town squad and supporters travelled all the way up to Stockport only to be told to turn around and go home again as the pitch was unplayable. Chief Executive Nick Watkins described the evening as a "complete inconvenience for all concerned."
Anthony McNamee was an unused substitute for Norwich City in their 3-0 victory over Southend United on Tuesday night. Fellow Town loanee Sean Morrison played the full 90 minutes for The Shrimpers, and the defender has two games left with the Essex club before he returns to The County Ground.
Tomorrow's League One encounter with Leyton Orient is a designated 'Military Day' with a range of matchday activities taking place.
Brighton & Hove Albion have taken former Town 'keeper Peter Brezovan on trial for a month. Brezovan links up with former Town Assistant Gus Poyet at The Withdean.
