Swindon Town striker Lee Peacock has signed for League Two side Grimsby Town.
The 33-year-old has struggled to make an impression this season having returned from nigh on 18 months on the sidelines in October of last year, and has jumped at the chance of gaining regular first team action at Blundell Park with his contract at The County Ground due to expire at the end of the season.
He has signed a contract which will keep him with The Mariners until the end of the 2010/11 season.
Peacock joined Swindon Town on 20th January 2006 on a free transfer from Sheffield Wednesday, and wasted no time settling in at Town, scoring on his debut against AFC Bournemouth after coming off the bench in the 4-2 home win.

However, he finished the season with just 11 starts to his name after a knee injury ruled him out of the final games of the campaign.
After an end of 2005/6 season operation to cure the problem, Peacock enjoyed a solid pre-season and capped his start to the campaign with the winner at Hartlepool United on August 5. He finished the season in the heart of midfield, scoring a number of vital strikes on the road to promotion.
Always a favourite with the crowds, Peacock went under the knife at the end of Swindon relegation season but returned successfully and was the Town's top goal scorer by October, before being switched to a midfield role. On April 24th 2007, Peacock was named the PFA's Fans' Player of the Year in League Two.

Peacock went under the knife in March 2009 to cure a long standing back problem, and although he made a return to league action earlier than expected in the 2-0 home defeat to Hartlepool United in October, he struggled to make an impression as he strived for match fitness.
Many Town fans will be wishing Peacock well in the future as his passion and commitment endeared himself to The County Ground faithful from early in his Town career.
