Danny Wilson took part in an hour long fans' phone-in on BBC Wiltshire yesterday evening, with fans able to put their questions to the manager via phone, text and email.
Some of the highlights from a successful and insightful show are listed below......
Who do you think will score more goals out of Charlie Austin and Billy Paynter?
That is a tough one, because both of them could easily be listening to this! But I'll say Billy simply because he's on penalties!
Why, on many occasions this season when we're defending, do we not leave a player on the halfway line as an outlet for clearances?
There are not many clearances I know that make the half way line! That's why we don't do it, and if you look at the percentages, then you'll see that most clearances reaches only five or six yards outside the box.
So we always have a player in that area who can link that first ball back again. If we are defending then we need someone who can get a hold of the ball so we can get out.
What do you think are the chances of Town being promoted?
The bookies could give you better odds than I could! But if we're talking about form and consistency then we've got a chance, because we're playing very well at the moment and we're fairly consistent.
So if we keep up with those two standards that we've set then I think we've got a great chance, yes.
Fitness is the key to success in the modern game, and from what I've seen, Town have a very fit bunch of lads. What is this down to?
The boys are very fit indeed, and a lot of it is down to Dave Morrison. I really enjoy working with Dave, he's got a vast knowledge of the fitness industry and the scientific approach to the game.
We don't agree sometimes on what we should be doing but he is excellent, and they are a great bunch of boys we've got here and they are very enthusiastic and conscientious so we don't have a problem with any of them at all.
What do you think of the idea of a sin bin in football?
I don't think there's any problem with it. It works in rugby after all, and it's a good way to punish some of those little misdemeanours that aren't as serious as a sending off.
It's just a good way of cutting out those offences which go unpunished at the moment.
A lot of players try and pull the wool over the referee's eyes and it's a way of trying to stop that sort of thing which I think should be considered.
Did you see us doing this well at the start of the season? Do you think we are exceeding our expectations and targets?
You can always see yourself doing it, but when it comes to the real thing you do think 'crikey, that's fantastic!'. If we're looking to get promoted then we are meeting our targets.
Should we be aiming for the play-offs at this stage of the season, then we are ahead of where we want to be yes, and if we can continue the run that we've had then we could be in contention for the top two places, but that's a big 'if'.
