Swindon Town could have two reasons to celebrate at the end of the month, with Danny Wilson and Billy Paynter nominated for Manager and Player of the Month for January respectively.

Paynter scored five goals in four games during the month, including a brace in the 3-0 win over Leeds United, while Wilson has guided Town to an impressive 10 points out of 12 available.

It is the manager's second nomination for the award, having been shortlisted back in December, when he was pipped to the post by Huddersfield Town boss Lee Clark.
