The Lowdown
Both sides go into this weekend's clash harbouring a nigh on equal chance of snatching the second automatic promotion spot from under the noses of Leeds United.
Millwall's superior goal difference gives them a slight advantage, but it is still anybody's guess as to who will be celebrating promotion on Saturday night.
Town go into the match in better form than the Lions, with Danny Wilson's men unbeaten in the last four games, as opposed to Kenny Jackett's side who have taken just four points from a potential 12 in recent weeks.
Millwall started the season as many people's promotion favourites, and have been in and around the top six places for the majority of the season.
Despite their recent slump in form - culminating with a 2-0 defeat at strugglers Tranmere Rovers last weekend - the Lions have suffered just three defeats in 2010 and will still be confident of clinching automatic promotion this weekend.
The last meeting between the sides will probably be rated as the most infamous clash of the season, with Jonathan Douglas' sending off and a high-profile spat between Neil Harris and Kevin Amankwaah overshadowing a 1-1 draw at The County Ground.
It promises to be an electric atmosphere at The New Den, and one that will alter decidedly should positive news be forthcoming from the fixture between Leeds United and Bristol Rovers at Elland Road.

Team News - Swindon Town
Danny Wilson will have a nearly full strength squad to choose from for the trip to South East London.
Craig Easton, Lecsinel Jean-Francois and Frank Nouble all impressed last week against Brentford, and will be challenging Simon Ferry, Scott Cuthbert and Charlie Austin for a place in the side.

Vincent Pericard is unlikely to feature despite having made good progress in recovering from a heel injury this week.
Swindon Town Manager, Danny Wilson:
"We're bang on track for what we wanted to be doing at this stage of the season, so the pressure is on the other teams around us.
"It's a bonus that we're challenging for second place, but there's no reason why we can't get it should a little bit of luck go our way.
"We won't be massively disappointed if it doesn't happen this weekend, because we'll go into the play-offs very positive and relaxed."
Wilson's full interview is available to view for STFC Player subscribers right now.
Team News - Millwall
Lions' leading scorer Steve Morison could miss out due to a hamstring strain, which could pave the way for former Town striker Gary Alexander to make his first appearance since October.
Fellow striker Shaun Batt is also in contention having recovered from a hamstring strain but Alan Dunne, Tony Craig and Danny Schofield are all set to miss out through injury.
Former Town full-back Jack Smith has regained his place in the side in recent weeks, and should start against his former employers.

Millwall Manager, Kenny Jackett:
"There is going to be a cracking atmosphere, and we are really looking forward to the game.
"We have to put on a performance and be at our very best to beat a talented Swindon team, because they've had a very good season themselves."
