Swindon Town will start the 2010/2011season with a home clash against Brighton & Hove Albion.
The match will see Danny Wilson take on his former club and is sure to be one of the clashes of the opening day in League 1, with the Seagulls set to boast a much improved squad from last season, and Town expected to be in the promotion shake-up.
The full list of fixtures for next term's npower League 1 was released on Thursday morning, and also sees Town making away trips to Hartlepool United and Milton Keynes Dons in the opening month of August.
Brentford travel to The County Ground in the other August fixture which falls between the visits to Victoria Park and stadiumMK.
Town face home clashes with three of their potential promotion rivals in September, with Southampton, Plymouth Argyle and Huddersfield Town all making the trip to Wiltshire within four weeks.
Other notable dates are the local derbies against Bristol Rovers which fall on October 9th at The County Ground and January 22nd at The Memorial Stadium, as well as trips to Charlton Athletic, Southampton and Sheffield Wednesday which are set for January 3rd, February 26th and April 25th respectively.
The season will close with a trip to Prenton Park to face Tranmere Rovers on May 7th.
