Swindon Town boss Danny Wilson reaffirmed his desire to add to his squad before the end of the transfer window after seeing his side stage a second half comeback at Victoria Park.
The manager saw his side come back from two goals down at the break to secure a point after a quick-fire double twenty minutes from time.
"We were on the back-foot before we even got going," he said, speaking to the assembled media post-match at Victoria Park.
"The decision making wasn't correct and the back four have to be more dominant and consistent in their decisions. That includes the goalkeeper.
"We had a lot of possession in the first half but we persevered and had some good chances too.
"It wasn't all doom and gloom in the first half and there were parts of our game which were good. What we didn't do was keep a clean sheet and giving the goal away so early didn't give the players a chance to settle.
"Particularly as the game went on we had to throw caution to the wind. The formation we played needs time to gel together."
And it was the double change with Thomas Dossevi and Vincent Pericard coming off the bench on the hour that seemed to spark the Town comeback.
"We had to do something because the goals we gave away were abysmal and that's all I can say about the goals we gave away.
"However, we made the changes and Thomas took the responsibility on. It was a great strike from him. He just had a go and it was great to see it hit the back of the net."
The manager was also full of praise for striker Charlie Austin who scored for the second consecutive League 1 game.
"Charlie has a lot of pressure on his shoulders but he has scored again today and you can never doubt his endeavour. In the first half we didn't give him the support he needed.
"He had a tough challenge out there but once we got balls in behind we started to cause them problems."
Wilson added: "Charlie could have grabbed another at the end at to be honest I thought he had got it. There was some great work from Paul Caddis and Charlie was inches away from scoring but it wasn't to be."
Wilson also reaffirmed Town's desire to add to the squad before the transfer window comes to a close.
"The transfer window is still open and we are looking for an old fashioned centre-half and we do have a few irons in the fire, so hopefully something will happen before the end of August."
