MANAGER PREVIEWS MK CLASH
Swindon Town manager Maurice Malpas is looking for a positive performance from his side as the build-up continues to Saturday's trip to MK Dons.
After goals from Barry Corr and Patrick Kanyuka on Wednesday afternoon at Charlton Athletic, the boss knows he has options in terms of team selection this time around.
It will be a first ever visit to StadiumMK for Swindon, with Malpas looking for his side to raise the bar.
"We will go there in a positive manner and it is about what we do, not MK Dons," he told STFC World.
"If we go and perform and cut out the mistakes, then I am sure we will get something from the game.
"MK Dons have made massive strides over the last few years and have a new manager who will have brought some new ideas to the Club. There should be a decent atmosphere at the game and I am sure a few of our fans will make the trip."
The Town boss indicated he could make changes for Saturday's game following a home defeat last time out against Colchester United.
"There could be one or two changes, some tactical, some not. There will be no change for the sake of change but we will see what happens at the weekend."
