Swindon Town signed Bolton Wanderers' highly-rated striker Danny Ward in a one-month loan deal on November 26, 2009.
Ward arrives at The County Ground having made two Premier League appearances for The Trotters this term against Sunderland and Hull City.
A highly-coveted striker, Bolton Wanderers secured the services of the front man from Leeds United when he was 16-years old.
Ward is regarded as a big, strong powerful player who has just started to fulfill his potential.
He has been in fine form for Wanderers' second string, notching six goals so far this season in the Premier Reserve League.
He made his Premier League debut in the opening match of the 2009/10 season against Sunderland, replacing Johan Elmander with seven minutes remaining.
Ward follows in the footsteps of Trotters teammate Tope Obadeyi who spent a loan stint at The County Ground earlier in the season.
The versatile youngster extended his deal at Swindon until the end of the season at the end of January 2010.
