What was the LAST thing you purchased?
I went up to Birmingham recently and went to the Bullring. I managed to find a nice shirt from All Saints which took my fancy. I'll probably save it for a Christmas night out!
Can you remember the LAST time you were sent off?
Unfortunately yes. It was up at The Alex Stadium against Crewe. It was the second time I had been sent off against them away from home inside a year.
What's the LAST thing you do before a game?
I swill my face with cold water. It's just a routine I've done for a while nice and it makes sure I am completely alert before going out on the pitch.
Who did you make your LAST phonecall to?
It was to my sister Sarah at about ten to midnight. She lives up in Liverpool so I gave her a call to see how things are going and how her family are.
What was the LAST thing you recorded on Sky+?
Before the Carlisle game earlier in the season we stayed at The Marriot Hotel and I was flicking through the channels and saw a trailer for the film Donkey Punch. I recorded it when I got back and watched it. Unfortunately it was a waste of time!
Tell us about the LAST flight you took and where it was to?
That was for the pre-season tour to Austria. I had a couple of trips away in the summer to get some sun, but the Austria tour was the last flight I took before the season got under way.
What was the LAST meal you cooked?
Beans on toast! My Missus does all the cooking in out house so unfortunately when she goes away I have to go back to basics! You can't go wrong with beans on toast though can you?
