Eels Album - Hombre Lobo. I got it online from a new music website.

When was the LAST time you discovered a great restaurant?

Last week my wife and I went to Wales. We went to a place called The Hardwick Inn Abergavenny, which was lovely.

Tell us about the LAST time you watched another sport?

I watched the David Haye fight against Valuev a few weeks back. Not live, but in my living room. It was good to see Haye rock the big man in the last round!

What was the LAST song you downloaded?

I don't download a lot of music but the songs I do download are older songs which I don't have-the last one having been Son of a Preacher Man by Dusty Springfield.

Can you remember the LAST time you were sent off?

It was quite a few years ago playing for Dundee United. We were playing Rangers at Ibrox and I mis-timed a tackle on Giovanni Van Bronkhorst and got a straight red.

What would you like the LAST meal of your life to be?

My wife Laura is a great cook so this is a tough question to answer. The starter would be spiced pear, blue cheese and walnut salad, followed by roast lamb, roast potatoes and Yorkshires. The pudding would be strawberry and rhubarb crumble with custard.

Give us a brief review of the LAST concert you went to?

I went to see Kasabian at the Wembley Arena a few weeks back. They were amazing and it was one of the best shows I've ever been to.

What did the LAST text message you received say?

From Nathan Thompson or Jakub Jesionkowski - asking what time I would be picking them up for training.
