What was the LAST thing you purchased?

We had a day off on Wednesday so I treated myself to a subway. It was a healthy choice of course... just in case the fitness coach reads this!

When did you LAST play representative football?

I played for Devon County at Under 16's level. The last game I played for them was the final of the national cup against Durham. I captained the side that day and we won the game which made it all the more memorable.

Tell us about the LAST time you watched another sport?

I don't watch a lot of sport outside of football, but I caught some of the tennis on television a few weeks back.

When did you LAST see a top level football game live?

Last year I went to see England take on Ukraine at the new Wembley. England won the game 3-0 in front of a pretty decent crowd.

What was the LAST song you downloaded?

'Rock that Body' by the Black Eyed Peas.

Can you remember the LAST time you were sent off?

Definitely! It wasn't that long ago. It was the first game of my loan spell at Southend United which was away at Yeovil Town in November. I met up with the Southend squad the day before the game, started in defence on the Saturday and was sent off with about half an hour of the game gone.

Last weekend I went home to Plymouth to see my family and fed my cat, Mutley.
