The Swindon Town squad embarked on their pre-season tour of Austria this morning.

The tour party met up at The County Ground at 3.30am before boarding the team coach bound for London Heathrow.

Town are heading off for a 7-day tour which will see them based at the Obertraun sports camp, well known by manager Paul Sturrock who has visited on numerous occasions with Dundee United and Plymouth Argyle.

After landing at Munich, the squad will then take the scenic route by coach to the mountains where the management team will continue the pre-season preparations.
