How can I buy a match ticket?

Match tickets can be purchased in a variety of ways, so pick the one that suits you best. You can…

  • Book your ticket using our e-ticketing system (https://www.eticketing.co.uk/swindontown/
  • Book your ticket in person by popping into the STFC Superstore
  • Book your ticket over the phone by calling 0330 002 1879 (option 1)

 

How do I buy a season ticket?

Where is the STFC Superstore, and when is it open?

The STFC Superstore is situated between the Town End and Don Rogers stand and is open from 10am-4pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. 

On Tuesday matchdays, the STFC Superstore remains open until the evening kick-off, and on Saturday matchdays, the STFC Superstore is open from 9am-3pm.

Is hospitality available on home matchdays? 

Hospitality, which allows you to relax in first-class surroundings and enjoy the match in premier executive seating overlooking the halfway line, is indeed available on matchdays and can be booked by emailing marketing@swindontownfc.co.uk

 

Is the County Ground available to hire for events, conferences and parties?

The County Ground offers a range of high-quality, and characterful, hireable spaces which are able to suit the needs of any event, conference or party. This can be booked by emailing rachel@swindontownfc.co.uk

 

Are Birthday announcements available?

Birthday announcements are indeed available. If you email your birthday request to media@swindontownfc.co.uk you can:

  • Have a birthday message put in the official matchday magazine
  • Have a birthday message displayed on the scoreboard before the game
  • Have a birthday message read out through the tannoy before the game and at halftime

If you are trying to secure the announcement for a Saturday matchday, please submit your request at the latest by Wednesday, at 5pm.

If you are trying to secure the announcement for a Tuesday matchday, please submit your request at the latest by Friday, at 12pm.

 

How can I get involved with sponsorships?

There are many ways to advertise your company through sponsorship here at STFC. Please get in touch with marketing@swindontownfc.co.uk to begin the process.

 

How can I get in touch with the media department?

The media department can be contacted by emailing our Head of Media and Communications at media@swindontownfc.co.uk.

If you are an individual or organisation and wish to interview any member of the Swindon Town management, players or staff, then permission is required in advance from the club.
