Wray thanks Town fans

24 July 2012

SWINDON Town Chairman Jeremy Wray has thanked the club's supporters following an impressive summer of Season Ticket sales.

The club have now sold just over 5,500 Season Tickets ahead of the 2012/13 campaign, with the Robins aiming for promotion once again.

Wray said: "I have been very encouraged by the Season Ticket sales so far. They are our key fans and will be there through thick and thin, whether it be the opening day of the season or on a cold Tuesday night.

"Paolo said it many times last season but our fans in full voice really act as the extra man. That kind of support really helped towards the type of home record that we had last year and it's going to be another exciting year.

"The signings that have been made this summer have all added something to the squad. We are looking forward to seeing them in action in front of our home fans for the first time at the Crystal Palace game."

Adult Season Tickets for the new season are now on sale priced from £380, which is just £16.50 per League One game.

Match tickets for Swindon Town v Crystal Palace on Wednesday 8th August are priced at £10 per Adult. Buy online by clicking here
