KEVIN MacDonald has revealed that midfielder Tommy Miller might make the bench at Scunthorpe this weekend after an injury lay-off.
The manager also updated the injury situation at his press call on Thursday lunchtime.
“Tommy Miller trained today and will probably join us for the trip but whether he gets on the bench or not will remain to be seen,” he said.
“Alan (Navarro) only trained with the physio today and he hasn’t joined in any football. This was Tommy’s first day of joining in with the football. Simon Ferry will not be available for this weekend but we’re hopeful that next week he will be.”
“He (Tommy Miller) hasn’t trained football-wise for about five weeks and we’ll see how he goes over the next couple of days.”
