Swindon Town decided to revamp the ticketing and retail systems during the close season.
One of the main reasons for doing this was to give our loyal supporters the opportunity to purchase tickets for the matches with the highest demand before they go on general sale. By purchasing tickets online, on the phone or through the STFC Store, you will be rewarded with loyalty points. Remember - if you purchase tickets on the day of a match at the matchday ticket windows, you will NOT receive loyalty points. The Club wants all supporters who regularly attend Swindon Town matches to take full advantage of these three easy ways of purchasing:
Ticket details for the Capital One fixture vs. Chelsea will be released on Monday 2nd September with three sale periods.
1) Season Ticket holders
2) a) Loyalty and Junior Reds
b) Loyalty and MyWorld Members
3) General Sale
The above sales process ensures that all supporters who have attended matches this season already are rewarded.
Q: How do I create an account?
A: Go to www.stfcmyworld.com , click on ‘register and create’ and click on ‘create an account’.
Enter all the required details and click ‘complete registration’.
Q: How do I activate my account if I am season ticket holder?
A: Go to www.stfcmyworld.com , click welcome/login and then activate your account.
Q: How does loyalty work?
A: Each time you purchase a home or away ticket online, by phone or in the STFC store, you will receive loyalty points. If you purchase your tickets from the match day windows NO loyalty points will be received for these purchases.
Q: What can these points be used for?
A: These points will give you a higher priority when purchasing tickets. Previously, the Club only had two ticket priority windows. Now, for example, for the fixture against Chelsea in the Capital One Cup, there will be three priority windows. By purchasing tickets for the forthcoming home matches against Bristol City and Tranmere Rovers and away matches at MK Dons and Wolverhampton Wanderers by the 9th September these points will be used for priority windows for the Chelsea match.
Q: Can I still become a Season Ticket holder?
A: Yes, even though the season is already underway, Season Tickets are still available until the end of October. Remember - if you purchase a Season Ticket you will have first priority on cup tickets including the match against Chelsea. Season Tickets are still great value for money and you will also receive 10% club cash that you can use for future retail purchases in the STFC Store.
Q: Who do I need to contact for queries or issues?

Q: If I am booking for friends and family how are loyalty points assigned?
A: Please use the friends and family tab on the ticketing website when booking tickets. Seats can then be re-assigned to those supporters and they will then be given loyalty points under their account.
Q: How do I get a My World membership?
A: If you already have an account on our new ticketing system, please go to www.stfcmyyworld.com, click on tickets and then under the membership tab click MyWorld membership to gain access to all the benefits. If you are already a Season Ticket holder you will have MyWorld membership as part of your benefits. If you do not have an account please see above. The cost of your membership is free all you need to pay is £1 postage to receive your card.
