SWINDON Town fans are backing the club’s reduced price ticket offer with around 8,000 tickets already sold for the game – and supporters attending the game will receive a free flag!
The giveaway has been made possible by an anonymous Town supporter that has purchased 8,000 flags to add to the atmosphere at The County Ground.
The A5-sized red and white flags will be handed out to supporters as they make their way through the turnstiles in exchange for a donation to the Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
Reacting to the giveaway, chief executive Nick Watkins said: “Anonymous donors have paid for the flags in order to provide fans with a visual support of our club, manager and the team for Saturday's home match against Hartlepool United.
“The donors have kindly said all donations will go directly to the Wiltshire Air Ambulance – Swindon Town’s Charity of The Year.”
Remember - tickets are just £15 for adults and concessions this weekend with juniors gaining entry for just £10 so why not come down to The CG and show your support.
