SWINDON Town’s players trained indoors on Thursday afternoon in the build-up to Saturday’s home game with Shrewsbury Town.
With the weather conditions ruling the training ground out of action, Paolo Di Canio and his squad were able to use the indoor facility at Cirencester.
The manager, speaking to the media on Thursday, was pleased to have the use of such excellent indoor facilities.
“Cirencester is a good and we have been training there for the last few days. We are training well and have dealt with training indoors as we did around the Christmas period. Hopefully it can give us some positive energy.
“Shrewsbury will fight for the cause but if we can show them that it will be difficult to handle our furious, furious determination, then it will be very tough for them.”
