SWINDON Town’s Development XI went down to a 3-2 friendly defeat on Tuesday afternoon.
Paul Bodin took charge of a Town side that included Luke Rooney and Lee Cox, who have just returned from loan spells with Rotherham United and Oxford United respectively.
Town lost out to their Blue Square Premier opponents, with second year scholar Alex Ferguson and Luke Rooney on the scoresheet for the Robins.
Swindon’s Development XI will travel to take on a Brentford reserve side in a friendly on Tuesday 22nd January.
