SWINDON Town have agreed a fee with AFC Bournemouth for the permanent transfer of Matt Ritchie.
The winger travelled to The Goldsands Stadium for talks on Wednesday evening and the completion of the deal is now subject to Football League Approval.
He has agreed a three-and-a-half year deal with the Cherries.
