THE club would like to thank supporters for their patience during the major overhaul of its systems and revamp of the retail & ticketing operations.
As with any change of this magnitude there will always be a period where the efficiency of the system takes time to achieve 100% as staff go through training.
Further improvements over the coming months focused mainly online. This is also now the cheapest way to purchase a ticket and will improve the supporter experience with an interactive seat map.
The club are delighted with the process which saw the successful implementation of:
New Retail website – 7th June
New Swindon Store – 29th June
New Ticketing system – 29th June
New online ticketing system – 4th July
The next phases which are coming Very soon are
- My World Implementation
- Reward points from your purchases
- Additional prioritisation for big games
- Improved supporter email marketing
