This includes a £1.2 million deposit and the payment of all outstanding football-related debt. The investment went ahead after taking legal counsel in relation to the outstanding issues and the Board and investors are satisfied that any outstanding issues will not affect their ability to take the club forward.
Having met all the criteria we now await confirmation from the Football League on Thursday.
