Town boss Kevin MacDonald spoke to the media after his side's dramatic late win at Coventry.

On the win...

The crowd and support was fantastic. It was a great performance and we deserved it and the way we reacted was testament to Tommy and Darren. Delighted for them because they got the club into the position they are now they just need a bit of guidance. I thought that we played some good football but it was more a reaction and performance from what happened on Tuesday. We started well but the pitch was a bit bobbly and (the Coventry goal) was just one of those thing but the most important thing is the win.

On Darren Ward's winner...

It's fantastic for Darren. You saw his delight in scoring because it's not easy being a caretaker player-manager. It was outstanding from the players and I'm delighted for Nathan (Thompson) but he reacted fantastically

On Wes's save...

It was a wonderful save - you'll not see a better save this weekend.

On the last 48 hours...

It was a bit hectic obviously after accepting the job and meeting the media, getting the team organised and coming up here it was a bit surreal. It's a great start but it's more down to the input of Tommy and Darren.
