ROSS MacLaren considers himself lucky to have played twice at Wembley and emerged victorious on both occasions.
Speaking to STFC Player, the former Town midfielder described the atmosphere before and after the match with Leicester City.
“We kept it to what we used to do,” he explained. “In the hotel then the walk in the morning. Once you leave the hotel to get to the old Wembley and see your own fans then you start to get a tingle.
“I’ve been lucky – I’ve been there (Wembley) twice and I’ve won twice. I wouldn’t like to go there and get beat.
“Because of the occasion and what rides on that game it was unbelievable.”
