KM: Exciting times

2 May 2013

SWINDON Town manager Kevin MacDonald is looking forward to Saturday’s Play-Off semi-final first leg, as he looks for the Robins to build on their momentum at The County Ground.

The boss has seen his side win their last two home games with a 4-1 victory over Crewe Alexandra followed by a 3-0 win over Stevenage.

Speaking ahead of Saturday’s Play-Off semi-final first leg, he said: “These are exciting times and there has been a real buzz around the place in the build-up to Saturday’s game.

“The players are excited about it and I am sure the same goes for all the players, fans and staff involved with all Play-Off teams up and down the country.

“Our supporters have been fantastic to the football club and I am sure the atmosphere will be brilliant again this Saturday.

“I am sure the game will be close this weekend. Play-Off games are all about who can grasp the nettle or make the fewest mistakes but I think we can match anybody.”

See an interview with the manager on STFC Player this afternoon as well as exclusive video interviews with Darren Ward, Mark Cooper, Andy Williams, James Collins and Gary Roberts.

Tickets for Saturday’s home game are now on general sale from the STFC Box Office. Call 0844 880 1095 or buy in person at The County Ground.
