BRENTFORD manager Uwe Rosler insists his side have the belief and determination to successfully negotiate the Play-Off semi-finals against the Robins.
Speaking to the Hounslow Chronicle, he said: “A lot of people are writing us off now, but I don't see why. That's a great motivational tool to use for the players.
“I've lived all my life to prove people wrong. My players have done that last year and again this time.
“We believe in the qualities we have. They have shown this season that they are capable of turning things around and playing under pressure.”
The Bees arrive at The County Ground on Saturday before the return leg takes place at Griffin Park just two days later.
“Being forced to play twice in 48 hours is ludicrous for the teams involved,” Rosler added.
“I don't see it as a disadvantage because we're playing against the same team who play in a similar style to us. But after the madness of 10 months it shouldn't come down to this for any of us.
“We all want to represent ourselves and the league on television in the best possible way, but the scheduling makes this difficult.”
A reminder that kick-off on Saturday is 5.20pm at The County Ground, with kick-off at the earlier time of 4.30pm on Monday for the second leg.
