WES Foderingham believes that it’s important for players to relax over the summer break.
Speaking to STFC Player, the Town stopper says that he is looking forward to jetting off to warmer climes.
“The season takes its toll not just physically but mentally,” he said. “I think it’s only right to get six weeks or a couple of months off to spend time with your family and your mates outside of football to forget about football and relax a bit."
He continued: “I’m going to Egypt then I’m going to New York with my mates.”
