We were very good and it’s been coming. We put something in place a couple of weeks ago with this game in mind and the players have carried it out. They were outstanding.
On the performance…
We created numerous chances. We withstood a little bit of pressure early on. We questioned them after Preston and they responded. We know that for 20 minutes they will press the life out of us but once we’d weathered storm we asked that after an hour can we still be in the game and we were.

We know he’s got that in the locker he was back to something we expect he showed today what he’s about and played with a smile on his face.
On the attacking display…
That’s what we’re all about. We are not going to score goals by getting it wide and getting balls into the box. We have to try and play through teams and I thought they were tremendous today.
